The hiring process for Group II (Security Staff) employees will include at a minimum:
- Physical agility test;
- R.E.A.C.T. Entry Level Video Testing (approximately 2.5 hours in length);
- Structured oral interview;
- Medical exam which includes a drug test (after conditional offer of employment);
- A background investigation (after conditional offer of employment).
Please note, any correctional officer applicant over the age of 45 or who meets other special requirements listed in the PT Consent Form will require a doctor's note authorizing their physical agility test prior to participating in a hiring process.
