Supervision and Case Management

Clients will be assigned to a Pretrial Officer who will monitor and hold clients accountable to bail conditions. Clients will be assigned to a level of supervision that best addresses their individual needs and level of risk as determined by the ORAS-PAT screening results and interview. A clients level of supervision will be re-evaluated and adjusted on a regular basis or as needed.

Pretrial Officers will meet with clients in person at the office, at the client’s home, or by phone on a regular basis to monitor compliance with bail orders.  All non-compliance will be communicated to the court, defense attorney, and prosecutor through non-compliance reports.
